A 33-acre urban farm and opened in July 2020, the Fishers AgriPark pays homage to Fishers’ agricultural roots, while inspiring future generations of farmers, scientists, agronomists, robotics engineers, chefs, and beyond. The AgriPark features public fields and gardens, livestock, a playground, nature trail, tree nurseries, and more, all managed by Fishers Parks.

In the gardens, fields, and greenhouses, the public has access to seasonal produce through our U-pick program, that allows every group visiting a portion of what’s readily available on any given day while ripe and available. Our animal encounter gives guests an up-close look at farm animals and livestock care. The farm is home to a horse, cattle, sheep, chickens, goats, and a pig named Otis.
A nature play area boasts a tractor-tire sand tower, seesaws, a mud kitchen, and more, all adjacent to our Sensory Garden that features a barefoot path, music wall, aromatic and edible plants, and vivid colors.
Our event barn is the epicenter of most events and programs throughout the year but also serves as classroom space for school-based programs in partnership with Hamilton Southeastern Schools.
With a focus on education and giving back, visitors of all ages can become immersed in a working farm, while learning about current farming practices and the innovations needed to feed our world.
2025 Developments & Expansion
The Fishers AgriPark will soon see new additions. With an investment of $800,000, this enhancement will include indoor restrooms, classroom and programming space, and a country store, designed to deepen the visitor experience. The new multi-purpose building will be constructed near the front of the property, just west of the existing barn.
Construction of the building is set to be completed by May 2025, just in time for the AgriPark’s busy spring and summer season. While the building will be operational at that time, certain elements, such as the country store, will open later in 2025.
