Preliminary timeline for development of the AgriPark West property:

Agripark West Soil Testing

•Soil is healthy with medium to high nutrient levels. Only phosphorus may need supplementation.
•Lead test results show ~27 ppm, which is well below EPA thresholds (100 ppm for gardening, 400 ppm for play areas).
•Soils pose no health risks. Safe for planting and public use. See soil sample plots map.
